We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Construction Estimating Professional to join our team at Sunesis Holdings. As a seasoned estimator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our project estimates.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Compiling estimate data and analyzing costs to ensure high-quality estimates.
  • Receiving and evaluating subcontractor quotes to ensure alignment with bid documents.
  • Preparing detailed bid proposals, including pricing, conditions, and clarifications.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in construction/estimating.
  • Prior experience working out in the field as a supervisor.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401K retirement plans, and paid time off.
