Estimator for Heavy Civil Contractor

Sunessis Holdings is a reputable heavy civil contractor with a strong presence in both private and public sectors. We are currently looking for an Estimator to join our team and contribute to our success.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned estimator to leverage their skills and experience to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Analyzing and compiling estimate data to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
- Receiving and evaluating subcontractor quotes to ensure alignment with bid documents.
- Preparing detailed bid proposals, including pricing, conditions, and clarifications.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5-7+ years of experience in construction/estimating.
- Prior experience working out in the field as a supervisor.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401K retirement plans, and paid time off.
