About the RoleThis is a dynamic and fast-paced opportunity to join a growing company that values expertise and rewards success. The Sales and Partnerships Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Research and identify new markets, client segments, and partnership opportunities. Develop and implement growth strategies tailored to landlords, letting agents, and property managers.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with new and existing clients. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Sales and Marketing: Generate leads, follow up on opportunities, and secure long-term contracts. Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that attract new clients.
- Representation and Networking: Represent the business at industry events and conferences. Build a network of valuable connections within the property maintenance and management industry.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse business development activities to ensure objectives are met. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and opportunities for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-4 years of proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the property or maintenance industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A talent for building and nurturing strong relationships.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and deliver solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A full UK driving license.
The salary for this role is up to £40,000 per annum, plus bonuses. Private medical cover is provided after a qualifying period, and we also offer a staff pension scheme to ensure your future is secure.
