Property Growth Specialist

Hatched Talent Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Property Growth Specialist to spearhead client acquisition efforts for its established property maintenance business. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the property or maintenance industry.
About the RoleThis role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of the company, build valuable client relationships, and make a lasting impact in the industry. As part of an ambitious growth plan, the successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the client base and increasing revenue through strategic growth, client relationship management, sales and revenue generation, representation and networking, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Growth: Research and identify new markets, client segments, and partnership opportunities. Develop and implement growth strategies tailored to landlords, letting agents, and property managers.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with new and existing clients. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Generate leads, follow up on opportunities, and secure long-term contracts. Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that attract new clients.
- Representation and Networking: Represent the business at industry events and conferences. Build a network of valuable connections within the property maintenance and management industry.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse business development activities to ensure objectives are met. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and opportunities for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-4 years of proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the property or maintenance industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A talent for building and nurturing strong relationships.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and deliver solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A full UK driving license.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, plus bonuses.
