We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Credit Control team as a Credit Control Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payment of outstanding debts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts and updating existing ones
- Process invoices and ensure timely payment of outstanding debts
- Communicate with customers to resolve any issues or queries
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer queries
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer payments and outstanding debts
