Envision Education is seeking a compassionate and skilled Child Disability Support Professional to join our team. This full-time role is available immediately, working with students aged 5-19 years old who require specialized support due to various conditions such as Autistic Spectrum Disorders, language impairment, or emotional issues.

Your primary responsibility will be to support these young people in developing their emotional and social skills, while ensuring they feel safe and supported throughout the school day. To achieve this, you must be able to establish trust quickly, communicate effectively, and demonstrate empathy and understanding towards each student's unique needs.

The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm, and able to start immediately. A valid Child and Adult DBS is required, and experience working with SEND children is essential. Living in the Maidenhead area or being able to commute there regularly is also preferred.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £27,000 - £37,000, based on qualifications and experience. Our organization provides ongoing training and support to ensure your continued growth and success.
