About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team in Northampton. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile client and office accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Accounts Rules.
  • Produce invoices and manage billing processes, working closely with the cashiering team.
  • Assist in the processing and input of information from spreadsheets for bill production.
  • Respond to accounting queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the Finance team to ensure bills are produced accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good level of IT literacy, including Excel and Outlook.
