This full-time role involves greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with client check-ins and weigh-ins. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, making sure they feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.

Key responsibilities:

Client Communication Expertise:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails with professionalism and friendliness.
  • Schedule appointments, send reminders, and manage the busy calendar.
  • Provide clients with information about services, treatments, and products.

Pet Advocate:

  • Assist pet owners with bookings, ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date.
  • Help clients understand treatment plans and follow-up care instructions.
  • Handle pet-related inquiries with empathy and expertise.

Organisational Skills:

  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Keep client records organised and confidential.
  • Process payments and manage billing with accuracy and efficiency.

Team Player:

  • Collaborate with veterinarians, nurses, and other team members to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Assist with clinic events, promotions, and community outreach activities.
