Job Description

This role includes working in non-traditional shift patterns, which may include nights and weekends. As a Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring safety regulations and policies are adhered to, with a strong emphasis on monitoring those around you to promote a culture of health and safety best practices.
  • Conducting preventative maintenance on MHE equipment to ensure high levels of availability and efficiency.
  • Couching and mentoring junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Supporting line managers and supervising shifts in their absence.
  • Providing high levels of equipment availability to internal customers through troubleshooting and prioritization.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Multi-skilled expertise in both electrical and mechanical disciplines, with relevant experience in automation or complex MHE environments.
  • Solid foundational knowledge of PLC-based controls systems.
  • Experience using CMMS software to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
  • Knowledge of Statutory Compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English (CEFR Level B2 or higher).
