  GSL Education is seeking a skilled and empathetic School Mental Health Advisor to join an outstanding Primary School in Enfield. In this key role, you will work closely with children, teachers, and other professionals to promote mental health awareness and positive well-being within the school community. Your responsibilities will include providing individual and group support to students, assisting in the development and implementation of personalized intervention plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to create a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Psychology or a related field (or currently working towards one), a strong passion for working with children in an educational setting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Previous experience in a school or child-focused environment is desirable, but not essential. The successful applicant must be committed to ongoing professional development and satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
