Role Overview

As the Product Owner for ClearAccept, you will play a central role in defining and delivering our payments platform roadmap. With exclusive access to companies within the ClearCourse group, ClearAccept provides both a Payments Gateway for processing and a Back Office for reconciliation, funding, and fee generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage ClearAccept's roadmap, delivering products and features aligned with ClearCourse's strategic goals and customer needs
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
  • Develop comprehensive business cases for product features, outlining customer value and cost-benefit
  • Work with Agile teams to translate roadmaps into EPICs and Stories, leading Scrum ceremonies where necessary

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of card payments, payment gateways, and acquirer responsibilities
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner for API-based products in an Agile environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate product roadmaps and business cases
