This Asset Management Leader position offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working arrangements, career development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our leased estate, reviewing, establishing, and implementing a measurable approach to managing this, including maximising rental incomes, reducing un-let space, and arrears through effective lease negotiation, tenancy management, and valuation advice.

With a strong background in property and strategic asset management, including in a local government setting, you will have excellent relationship management skills to manage a complex and challenging workload in a political environment. The ability to drive the sustainability agenda, implementing carbon reduction strategies, life cycle plans, and sustainable construction techniques for the property portfolio, contributing to Leicestershire's growth and regeneration in an environmentally conscious way, will be essential for success in this role.
