Responsibilities and Requirements

We are looking for a Learning Development Officer who is passionate about supporting children with SEND. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with the SENCO and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each student's needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to students with a range of SEND
  • Assisting teachers in delivering lessons and interventions
  • Supporting students with communication, emotional regulation, and social skills

The estimated salary for this role is £22,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
