Education Support Professional

We are seeking flexible and proactive individuals to join our team as Daily Supply Teaching Assistants in primary schools across the Croydon Borough.
About the Role- Provide support to teachers and pupils in a classroom setting
- Assist with learning activities, ensuring all pupils can access the curriculum
- Work in different schools and year groups, adapting to varied environments and needs
- Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN, on a one-to-one or group basis
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have previous experience in a school setting (desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrate a flexible, proactive, and positive approach to working in different environments
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with pupils and staff
- Show a willingness to support a range of needs, including SEN, as required
- Hold an enhanced DBS check (or be willing to obtain one)
