Job Title: Ultimate Survival Instructor

Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced instructor to lead our Ultimate Survival Camps, delivering quality outdoor activities and workshops to children aged 7-14.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver engaging outdoor activities, focusing on participation, development, and enjoyment.
  • Ensure the welfare and safety of children in your care, adhering to all health and safety procedures.
  • Take a pastoral role as a group leader, supporting and caring for children throughout the week.
  • Supervise and engage with children outside of activity times, promoting their welfare and best interests.
  • Live up to the company's promise of 'Inspiring Children Every Day' and behave as a suitable role model.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and energetic individual with experience in outdoor education and working with children.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt to dynamic situations.
  • Flexible and team-oriented, with a passion for delivering quality outdoor experiences.
