Job Title: Field Service Technician

Location: Nationwide Travel Required

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 pa plus bonuses

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team based in Hastings. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, service, and repair of medical suction equipment in various hospitals across mainland Britain.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect and test medical equipment and software to identify any faults or issues.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and software problems to ensure efficient repairs.
  3. Conduct on-site installations and repairs of medical suction equipment.
  4. Prepare and submit technical reports for all repair and maintenance work.
  5. Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities for upselling.
  6. Hold a full UK driving license and have a clear DBS check.
  7. Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
