Job Title: Medical Equipment Technician

Location: Nationwide Travel Required

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 pa plus bonuses

Job Summary:

PDR Solutions is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Medical Equipment Technician to join our team based in Hastings. As a Medical Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, service, and repair of medical suction equipment in various hospitals across mainland Britain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and test medical equipment and software to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment faults to minimize downtime
  • Conduct on-site installations and repairs, providing excellent customer service
  • Prepare and submit technical reports for all repair and maintenance work
  • Manage parts stock and maintain a high level of inventory accuracy
  • Build strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and improving customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in IT and basic hand tools
  • Full UK driving license and clear DBS
  • Flexible attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
