Tractor Technician

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at The Crystal Group. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the assembly of tractors, lawnmowers, ATVs & UTVs, attachments, implements, parts, and accessories for dealer shipments or to satisfy other company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Assembly and Setup: Perform basic setup and assembly of tractors and other units, attaching all necessary equipment per customer request.
- Parts Ordering: Complete online parts orders needed to finish tractor builds.
- Material Handling: Operate or learn to operate a forklift to move material around in the assembly area.
- Mechanical and Troubleshooting Skills: Possess mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
