Assembly Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assembly Technician to join our team at The Crystal Group. As a key member of our assembly team, you will be responsible for the assembly of various products, including tractors, lawnmowers, ATVs & UTVs, attachments, implements, parts, and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly and Setup: Assemble and set up tractors and other units, ensuring all equipment is attached as per customer request.
- Parts Procurement: Complete online parts orders to finish tractor builds, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Material Handling: Operate a forklift to move materials around the assembly area, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Utilize mechanical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues with assembled products, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Physical Demands: Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Technical Skills: Possess basic computer competencies and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to learn and operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
