About the Job Description

This Clinical Psychologist role involves working closely with other CAMHS teams to provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions for children and young people. You will be responsible for completing telephone triages/screening for young people who are referred to our service, making contact with families and professionals involved in their care.

You will also be required to complete over-the-telephone risk assessment and management plans, and provide some specialist psychological assessments of clients referred to the service. In addition, you will support with the planning of evidence-based psychological treatment and/or management of a client's mental health problems, based on formulation.
