About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Forensic Psychologist to join our team at Eden Brown Synergy. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical assessments and interventions in a low secure unit setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive and specialist assessments and intervention packages to help patients develop resilience and improve attachment to relationships.
  2. Deliver a full programme for groups and individuals for therapy primarily using DBT/CBT.
  3. Work creatively and flexibly to develop and implement innovative practice and service developments.
  4. Lead the multidisciplinary team and ward, ensuring a high standard of evidence-based psychology care is consistently delivered to patients.
  5. Act as a role model and patient advocate, ensuring a positive patient experience for all.
  6. Promote good relationships with patients, relatives, public, other care organisations and all members of the multidisciplinary care team.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include flexible working arrangements, clinical supervision, and opportunities for professional development.
