Job Responsibilities

Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, supporting the clinical team in areas like medication management and care planning, and contributing to creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.

We're looking for individuals with an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly, and a warm and compassionate approach to care.

With opportunities for ongoing training and development, you'll be able to progress your career and take on new challenges. Many of our Senior Care Assistants go on to become Care Practitioners, Regional Carers, or even nursing professionals.
