About the Opportunity:
We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join our established team at Beaufort Care Group Limited. As a key member of the Finance team, you will be responsible for various duties including data processing, producing sales invoices, and bank reconciliations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Data processing purchase invoices using Xero.
- Producing sales invoices and ensuring all payments are received in accordance with contract conditions, following up where necessary.
- Recording supplier invoices and making payment runs.
- Bank reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts.
- Process, post, and reconcile petty cash returns.
- Monthly processing of timesheets, mileage, and expenses claims; liaising with payroll.
- Monthly reconciliation of control accounts and assisting with management account preparation and monthly journals.
- Managing contracts and services regarding the fleet of company cars and company mobile phones.
