About the Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join our established team at Beaufort Care Group Limited. As a key member of the Finance team, you will be responsible for various duties including data processing, producing sales invoices, and bank reconciliations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Data processing purchase invoices using Xero.
  • Producing sales invoices and ensuring all payments are received in accordance with contract conditions, following up where necessary.
  • Recording supplier invoices and making payment runs.
  • Bank reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts.
  • Process, post, and reconcile petty cash returns.
  • Monthly processing of timesheets, mileage, and expenses claims; liaising with payroll.
  • Monthly reconciliation of control accounts and assisting with management account preparation and monthly journals.
  • Managing contracts and services regarding the fleet of company cars and company mobile phones.
