Care Assistant Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team at St Leonards Court - Mundford.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills to take on a supervisory role, overseeing the care team and ensuring high-quality care is provided to our residents.

As a Care Assistant Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and mentoring junior care assistants to deliver exceptional care.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Ensuring medication administration is carried out safely and accurately.
