Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Mental Health Services Manager to join our team in Swindon. This is a full-time position with a salary of up to £60,349 per annum.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Conduct Quality Assurance audits and clinics to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Analyze and mitigate risks and issues, providing solutions to the Head of Service.
  • Ensure safeguarding enquiries and safe allocation of work, guaranteeing competent and confident professionals in high-risk situations.
  • Develop a supervision structure that delivers high-quality reflective supervision and bi-annual performance appraisals.
  • Implement effective prioritization processes to minimize risks during high-demand periods.
  • Provide leadership and development opportunities for staff through research-based learning.
  • Model practice and behaviors that align with corporate policies and codes of practice.
  • Foster an inclusive environment promoting diversity among team members and service users.
  • Maintain compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act and subsequent enactments.

Essential Qualifications:

A professional Social Work qualification or equivalent is necessary for this role.
