Administrative Compliance Officer Part Time

The post reports directly to the Operations Manager for the Community Engaged Learning Team and is responsible for ensuring compliance through administration of tasks such as processing 'Safeguarding' checks and monitoring Partnership Agreements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support community partners and employers with the administration and approval of external opportunities in line with the University's Code of Conduct via the University's online opportunities platform 'Handshake'.
- Maintain accurate records and administer Safeguarding checks to support experience programmes that work with children and vulnerable adults.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of office-based processes and practices, experience of working in a busy office environment, and excellent customer service and enquiry handling skills.
