Senior Sales Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for developing the business through meeting and sales performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend site meetings with developers to discuss sales strategies and progress.
  • Exceed weekly and monthly sales targets by effectively negotiating with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Follow up with clients after viewings to ensure a smooth sales process and address any concerns.
  • Attend viewings to showcase properties and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure all sales leads are followed up promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage a high level of administration, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Provide the highest levels of customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, and developers to ensure a seamless sales process.
Requirements:
  • Experience in new home sales, estate agency, or lettings.
  • Web and email literacy.
  • Strong sales and negotiating skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • A co-operative and helpful attitude, with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs.
  • Organized and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and well-presented, with a strong understanding of the property market.
