Job Opportunity: Experienced Sales Negotiator Wanted for Thriving Estate Agency Firm

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team at a reputable Estate Agency firm in South Birmingham. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Generate new business leads and opportunities through canvassing, market appraisal, and viewing generation.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate deals to their successful conclusion, working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Viewing Feedback: Gather feedback from clients after viewings, using this information to improve our services and increase sales.
  • Vendor Care: Provide regular updates to vendors on the progress of their properties, ensuring they are informed and satisfied.
  • Sales Progression: Work closely with clients to progress sales, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.

Requirements:

  • Property Background: A property background is desired, but not essential. We are looking for individuals with a passion for property and a drive to succeed.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: The ability to provide exceptional customer service is essential, as is a strong work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile.
