About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Leasing Executive to join our team at the Graduate Recruitment Bureau. As a Graduate Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for winning new business, managing existing lease agreements, and brokering lease deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market and promote our leasing services to new and potential clients
  • Communicate with airline operators to gather aircraft availability and specifications
  • Monitor flights, analyze data, and produce reports to ensure operational efficiency
  • Travel to meet clients, attend aviation trade shows, and represent the company at events
  • Update and maintain our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Participate in an on-call out-of-hours rota to deal with inbound leasing enquiries
  • Maximize revenue by brokering lease deals

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility to work every other Saturday throughout the summer months
  • UK driving license
