Job Title: Senior Financial Crime Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Crime Manager to join our team at Willow Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Financial Crime and Compliance strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Financial Crime and Compliance strategy in conjunction with the Compliance Director.
  • Assess and benchmark the effectiveness of the AML and Fraud controls against regulations, legislation and industry best practices.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and update company policies accordingly.
  • Build a CDD approach into the Operations team and conduct ongoing risk assessments to identify potential Financial Crime threats.
  • Ensure effective Financial Crime Risk monitoring and reporting.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Financial Crime Manager with a strong background in AML / CTF and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective Financial Crime and Compliance strategies.
