About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our Financial Crime Compliance function, working closely with the Compliance Director to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that ensures our business remains compliant with regulations and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a Financial Crime Compliance strategy that aligns with our business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Assess and benchmark the effectiveness of our AML and Fraud controls, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Monitor regulatory changes and updates company policies accordingly.
- Build a CDD approach into our Operations team, conducting ongoing risk assessments to identify potential Financial Crime threats.
- Ensure effective Financial Crime Risk monitoring and reporting.
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager with a strong background in Financial Crime Compliance, AML and Fraud risk management. You will have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Strong experience in a senior Financial Crime role within the long-term lending arena.
- Broad AML / CTF experience, including Source of Funds, Source of Wealth, Sanctions, PEPs, SARs reporting, etc.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive Financial Crime Compliance strategy.
