Job Title: Community Wellbeing Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Wellbeing Specialist to join our team at Mind BLMK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering wellbeing initiatives that meet the needs of local communities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working with diverse community groups, excellent communication and project management skills, and a strong understanding of mental health issues and their impact on individuals and communities.

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and deliver wellbeing initiatives in partnership with local communities and organisations
  2. Build and maintain relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and partners
  3. Contribute to the development of mental health services and policies
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
