Job Overview

Winner Education is seeking an experienced SEN School Principal to lead our SEN school in Cheshire. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in a SEN setting, with a focus on pupil progress and achievement.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires the successful candidate to lead our SEN team, develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies, and work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our pupils.

Purpose

To lead our SEN school, ensuring that all pupils receive a high-quality education that meets their individual needs, and making a positive contribution to the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a differentiated curriculum that meets the needs of all pupils.
  • Leading and managing a team of teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and achievement.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £65,000 per annum, plus a £15,000 joining bonus after successful completion of 10 days. We offer a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, health insurance, and opportunities for professional development.
