About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at KYN Bickley, a brand-new care home company focused on delivering exceptional care and hospitality to our residents.

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, providing exceptional catering experiences for our residents and their families, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and compliance are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Hospitality Manager and Head Chef in delivering exceptional catering experiences
  • Provide room service, restaurant, and bar service to residents and guests
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and compliance are maintained
  • Cater to residents' and relatives' dietary requirements
  • Report any complaints to the Head Chef/Hospitality Manager
  • Ensure all rules and regulations concerning serving food and beverages are complied with
  • Create a nurturing environment for residents and their families
  • Ensure responsible serving of alcohol and adherence to premises licence terms
About You

We are looking for a professional with experience in a similar hospitality venue, who understands the importance of delivering high standards and maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant environment.

You will have strong communication skills, a corporate and polite manner, and an eye for detail. You will be able to work under pressure, flexibly, and consistently, and be trustworthy, caring, adaptable, friendly, and patient.
