Job Description:
Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Associate to join our team in Edinburgh, UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and exceeding performance standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations
* Meet or exceed personal sales goals, while consistently achieving store targets
* Model Coach selling skills and Service training to drive sales and productivity
* Act as a brand ambassador, representing Tapestry, Inc. with integrity and passion
* Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals and objectives
* Maintain high energy levels on the sales floor, always ready to engage with customers

**Requirements:**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships
* Previous experience in a retail service environment, preferably in luxury retail
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
* Strong product knowledge and understanding of consumer behavior
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
