Job Description
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an organised and personable individual to join our team as a Medical Sales Specialist in Scotland. Reporting directly to the UK Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling our catalogue of fetal and patient monitoring devices into hospital departments within the NHS and private healthcare sector. Your primary focus will be on account management and new business development, working closely with procurement, supply chain, EBME, and other key stakeholders. Overnight stays may be required to cover the area effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we are seeking candidates with at least 5 years of new business sales experience, regardless of industry, looking to transition into medical sales. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with your ability to build strong relationships with customers, will enable you to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £49,000 (dependent on experience), plus a generous bonus structure up to £30,000. You will also receive a fully expensed company car, comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, life assurance, pension, mobile phone, laptop, and 25 days' annual leave rising annually plus statutory holidays.
