Job Description

Renesas Electronics is seeking a talented graduate in business, marketing, finance, or a similar field to join our Global Account Operations Team as a Global Account Owner (GAO) NCG in our UK office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Global Account Manager (GAM) to drive supply/demand relationships, logistics programs, and forecast validation.
  • Support the GAM in reviewing demand changes, aligning forecasts, and validating supply chain needs.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their global order fulfillment needs and avoid supply/demand gaps.
  • Find solutions for delivery escalations from Global accounts and liaise with internal departments.
  • Handle worldwide allocation for specific products and serve as the main interface with customer headquarters.
  • Represent Renesas at customer meetings, preparing and presenting regular data on supply/demand health.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in business, marketing, finance, or a similar field.
  • New College Graduate or maximum of 2 years' experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change, work across different ERP systems, and reports in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced command of English, both spoken and written, with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with SAP, Model N, Salesforce, or Power BI.
