About Your Responsibilities

Estimated salary: £26,500 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and implementing care that prioritizes resident security, dignity, and independence.
  • Building strong relationships with residents and their families to create personalized care plans.
  • Collaborating with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to provide physical and mental stimulation through various activities.
  • Ensuring accurate medication administration and record-keeping.
Your Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • S/NVQ 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
  • Proven background in person-centered care planning.
  • Experience in caring for individuals with dementia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent record-keeping and time management abilities.
