Customer Care Expert

We're looking for an accomplished Customer Care Expert to join our innovative team in South East England. As a key member of our Field Service team, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing vital technical support across various sectors.
A competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, inclusive of overtime potential up to £10,000 per year, is accompanied by a company car, 25 days' holiday (increasing to 30 with service), and comprehensive medical and pension benefits.
Your Key Contributions:
- Deliver top-tier customer care through field-based servicing, installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure seamless technical support to UK clients across diverse industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Collect and disseminate valuable customer feedback, complaints, and sales leads to enhance product design.
Required Skills:
To excel in this position, you should possess a Mechanical or Electronic Engineering background, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with electronics, microprocessor-based products, and software-driven systems. Familiarity with fluid/hydraulic systems or printing technology would be a significant asset.
