About the RoleWe're looking for a talented individual with a strong background in Quality and Digital disciplines. As a Quality Lead, you'll be responsible for leading large projects within a matrix environment, facilitating decision-making, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement analytics strategies to enable PDQ outcomes, efficiencies, and productivity gains.
- Participate in Quality Assurance Risk assessments and Audits as an analytics SME and contribute to the effective identification of risk areas and generation of Quality evidence.
- Lead the operationalisation of data analytics packages or digital solutions in close collaboration with Informatics.
- Develop methodologies for the use of data analytics or digital solutions and maintain related tools and procedures.
- Strong background in Quality and Digital disciplines, with experience in GCP, MDR, and SaMDs, GVP, RBQM, Risk Management, and QMS.
- Proven experience in leading large projects within a matrix environment, with strong digital and data literacy.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with solid relationship management and influence.
- Ability to design and implement analytics strategies to enable PDQ outcomes, efficiencies, and productivity gains.
