Job Title: Field Service Engineer

We Help Recruit is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining industrial production machinery across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and repair packaging machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose issues to provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Provide out-of-hours call coverage and support weekend and Bank Holiday call-outs as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Centrally located in the UK to minimize travel time.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive up to 45k miles annually.
  • Experience in electromechanical and/or electronic engineering.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
