Field Service Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at We Help Recruit. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining industrial production machinery across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and repair packaging machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose issues to identify root causes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, including out-of-hours call coverage and spare parts management.
  • Travel extensively throughout the UK, up to 45k miles annually, to support customers and manage field operations.
Requirements:
  • Centrally located in the UK to minimize travel time and maximize efficiency.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company van.
  • Proven experience as an electromechanical or electronic engineer, with a strong understanding of industrial production machinery.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
