Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data and feedback to make decisions on whether the sales team should return to a certain venue
  • Create B2B relationships with sales venues, such as shopping centers, exhibition sites, sporting stadiums, events arenas, supermarkets, and other venues with high footfall

Requirements:

  • Adept using Excel and other Microsoft office software
  • Experience in a telephone-based role, such as telesales, call center, recruitment, account manager, business development role, or similar
  • Great telephone manner, energetic personality
  • Comfortable doing high volumes of outgoing calls (B2B), people person, easy to get along with
  • Working to deadlines and a high work ethic
  • Highly organized
  • Solution-oriented, positive mindset
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
