Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Team Lead to lead our team of customer service specialists. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Salary:£34,234 per annum (35 hours/week)
Location: Bradley Stoke office
About You
- Experience of working in a sales results-driven contact centre for a high-profile, fast-paced customer service-focused environment
- Previous experience of coaching/training within a sales or contact centre environment
- Strong people leadership with the ability to adapt your coaching or management style to individuals
