Job Title: Food Service Team Leader About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Food Service Team Leader to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer providing fresh and innovative food services to independent schools and colleges. As a Food Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our students and staff. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner according to established menus and recipes * Maintain cleanliness of the front-of-house areas, including organizing dishes and utensils * Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination * Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies * Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff during mealtimes, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs Requirements: * Ideally have experience working within education catering * Have good Health & Safety knowledge * Flexible with a can-do attitude, customer-focused * Fun and enthusiastic * Have excellent organization skills * Demonstrate great attention to detail * Be a team player, have experience of leading team members, and enjoy succeeding as a team * Possess great customer service skills * Have a flexible approach to work About Us: Holroyd Howe is committed to providing exceptional dining experiences that fuel young minds and ignite taste buds.
