About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Male Support Worker in Newcastle Under Lyme. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to adults with mental health needs.

Job Description

As a Male Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to our service users, enabling them to live independently and make their own decisions. Your role will involve working closely with our team to develop and implement individualised care plans, ensuring that each person receives the support they need to achieve their goals.

You will also be required to maintain accurate records, participate in regular team meetings, and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives within the service.

Requirements
  • Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Full driving licence and ability to use company vehicles
  • Experience in a caring environment preferred
  • Good communication skills, allowing you to engage and interact with our service users
