About the Role:

You will be working as a male support worker, providing care and support to an individual with complex needs. The role involves supporting the person to live their life as they choose and to achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care, including managing medication and assisting with daily living tasks
• Supporting the person with budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry
• Encouraging the person to engage in activities they enjoy, such as cooking and going out and about
• Providing emotional reassurance and support during times of distress

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced support worker who has worked in a forensic setting and has experience of supporting individuals with autism, mental health, and learning disabilities. You will need to be able to work flexibly, including weekends, and be able to provide a high level of support to the individual.
