Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Male Support Worker to join our team in Newcastle Under Lyme. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Your role will involve working closely with our team to develop and implement individualised care plans, maintaining accurate records, participating in regular team meetings, and contributing to the development of new ideas and initiatives within the service.
