About the Role:

We are seeking a caring and supportive night time companion to care for Imogen, a young adult requiring assistance during waking nights. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring Imogen's safety and well-being, while also promoting her independence and autonomy.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment, while making a real difference in someone's life.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Imogen during waking nights
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Encourage Imogen to engage in activities and hobbies
  • Monitor and maintain Imogen's safety and well-being

Requirements:

  • Full UK driver's license
  • Own car
  • DBS clearance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
