Job Title: SEN Learning Support Specialist

At Randstad Education, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Learning Support Specialist to join our team of professionals. As a key member of our educational support staff, you will work closely with teachers, students, and parents to provide individualized support and promote inclusive learning environments.

We are looking for someone who is committed to helping students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) reach their full potential. If you have experience working with children and young adults with diverse needs, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with SEND in a Plymouth-based school
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored learning plans
- Assist students with daily living skills, including communication, mobility, and personal care
- Contribute to creating a safe and supportive learning environment

Requirements:
- Experience working with children and young adults with SEND
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassion, empathy, and patience when interacting with students
